Roast venison. We are a game collection point for hunters in Groningen and Drenthe. Red deer is a shot game and of high quality. Compared to other game species, red deer have a mild taste. It is soft and tender and easily digestible.

Ingredients:
100% wild red deer from Germany.

Preparation:

• Remove the roast from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
• Melt the butter in a frying pan and sear the roast on a high heat.
• Preheat the oven to 80 degrees.
• Place the roast in a roasting tin in the oven and take it out when the core temperature reaches 57-60 degrees Celsius. Turn it now and then.
