Fillet of red deer back is delicious on the BBQ. We are a game collection point for hunters in Groningen and Drenthe. The red deer is shot and of high quality. The back fillet can be fried like a steak. Compared to other game species, red deer has a mild taste. It is soft and tender and easily digestible.

100% wild red deer from Germany.
Preparation:
Remove the steak from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
Let the steak come to room temperature from the fridge.
Season the meat with some steak spices and salt.
The preparation time depends on how you want to eat the steak.
