These grass-fed Woeste beefburgers can be prepared outside on the barbecue, but they are also delicious and especially easy in the frying pan. Just warm the buns in the oven and turn them into a delicious beef burger.
The herb mix for this burger was composed by Onze Woeste chef/ butcher. For this blend, he uses only 100% organic herbs and he salts the meat with only Celtic sea salt. White Kaiser buns are for baking. Packaged per 5 pieces. All packaging is BPA-free.

Preparation Beef burgers:
Remove the burgers from the freezer and leave to defrost in the fridge.
Let the burgers come out of the fridge to room temperature.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Once the foam has gone, fry the burger in the butter. Fry the meat for about 4-6 minutes until brown on medium heat.
Make sure you do not fry it too long, so it is still a bit red inside.
