Our modern butcher shop meets the strictest requirements for meat processing. In addition, our butcher shop is organic and Demeter certified and we are inspected by SKAL and Demeter. The butcher shop is air-conditioned and this benefits the meat. All employees are fully aware of the HACCP rules and must obtain a certificate for this. Some of our products are organic and we also process for BIO farmers in the area.
We try to be as economical as possible with the environment and have saved as much as possible in terms of energy and water consumption. For example, our dishwasher only uses 1.4 liters of water per wash. All cleaning products we use are biodegradable and work on the basis of enzymes.
