Chipolata game
This chipolata of game is prepared according to traditional methods in our own sausage factory. The chipolatas are made of wild boar, roe and a fine blend of herbs. The herb mix for these chipolatas is composed by our Wild Chef/Butcher. For this blend, he uses only 100% organic herbs and he salts the meat with only Celtic sea salt.

Wild boar, roe, sheep intestine, garlic, paprika, cumin, nutmeg, black pepper, onion and Celtic sea salt.



  • Take the chipolatas out of the freezer and let them thaw in the fridge.
  • Rehydrate them first: Fill a pan with hot water and put the chipolatas in it and bring this to the boil.
  • Remove the chipolatas from the pan and pat dry with a piece of kitchen roll.
  • Melt the butter in the pan.
  • Once the foam has disappeared, fry the chipolatas in the butter.
  • Fry the chipolatas for about 2 minutes until brown on medium heat.
  • Deglaze the butter with half a cup of water and cook on a low heat for another 10 minutes.
