Organic chicken schnitzel
This antibiotic-free chicken schnitzel is made of chicken thigh fillet and breaded with organic gluten-free coating.

Ingredients:
Organic chicken, egg*, gluten-free coating, chilli, black pepper, curcuma, paprika, ginger and Celtic sea salt. Coating: white beans, yellow peas.

Preparation:
Take the schnitzel out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge.
Let the schnitzel come to room temperature from the refrigerator.
Heat the butter in a high frying pan.
Fry the schnitzel in the butter when the foam has disappeared.
Fry the schnitzel for approx. 7 minutes until nicely browned on medium heat.
