Grass-fed bone broth mutton is used as the basis for many dishes, such as stews and sauces. You can drink it as a delicious wholesome broth or make it into a tasty soup or sauce.

Preparation:
Remove the stock from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
Put the stock in a pan and heat it slowly.
