You can make delicious chicken stock from these antibiotic-free chicken necks. Chicken stock is a real boost and contains many vitamins and nutrients.

  • Take 500 grams of chicken necks and 2 chicken carcasses from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
  • Put 1.5 litres of water in a soup pan and add the carcasses.
  • Bring to the boil with carrot, leek and onion and simmer for about 2 hours (possibly on a heat divider).
  • Strain the soup.
