Spicy beef burger
These grass-fed spicy beef burgers have two kinds of peppers in them and can be prepared outside on the barbecue, but they are also tasty and especially easy in the frying pan. The spice mixture for this burger was compiled by Our Savage chef/butcher. He uses only 100% organic herbs for this blend and salts the meat with Celtic sea salt only.

100% grass fed beef, paprika, carrot, mulberry, onion, cayenne, chilli, mustard*, coriander, garlic, black pepper, Celtic sea salt.
Take the burger out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge.
Let the burger come out of the fridge to room temperature.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Fry the burger in the butter when the foam has disappeared. Fry the meat for about 4-6 minutes on medium heat.
Make sure you do not fry it too long, so it is still a bit red inside.
