Red deer mince
Minced red deer can be used in many dishes. You can make hamburgers and meatballs, but it can also be used in pastas, oven dishes and tortillas.

Packaged at 300 grams.
Price per kg €21,50.

Ingredients:
Red deer shot in Germany.

Preparation:

  • Remove the minced meat from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
  • Mix the minced meat with the egg yolk, breadcrumbs, meat herbs and salt.
  • Leave the mixture covered in the refrigerator for ± 30 minutes.
  • Form into balls. 
  • Melt the butter in the banana.
  • Fry the balls in the butter when the foam has disappeared. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes until brown on medium heat.
  • Add ± 0.25 litres of water to the meat and leave the balls to simmer in the pan for half an hour with the lid at an angle.

300gram gehakt, 1ei, 3el paneermeel.
1geraspte sjalot, 1thl tijm, 1thl gemalen jeneverbes, snufje nootmuskaat, zout en peper.
Mengen, draaien, aanbraden in roomboter, blussen met 125ml wildbouillon en een scheutje port. Kwartiertje sudderen. 125ml slagroom toevoegen en nog 5minuten laten prutten zonder deksel.
