Sheep cutlets
These grass-fed mutton chops are finger-licking good. Because the sheep grow very slowly, these cutlets have the same quality as lamb.

100% grass-fed mutton.


  • Remove the chops from the freezer and leave to thaw in the fridge.
  • Remove the cutlets from the fridge and allow them to come to room temperature.
  • Season the cutlets with pepper and Celtic sea salt.
  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Fry the cutlets in the butter once the foam has subsided. Fry the cutlets for about 4-10 minutes
  • until brown on medium heat.
