Grass-fed beef finch is a typical Dutch dish. A beef finch is a mildly spiced minced meat roll, wrapped around a lean slice of beef. The herb mix for this beef finch is composed by Onze Woeste chef/ butcher. For this mixture, he uses only 100% organic herbs and he salts the meat with only Celtic sea salt.

100% grass-fed beef, nutmeg, white pepper, onion, ginger, allspice, cloves, coriander, Celtic sea salt.
Take the beef fins out of the freezer and let them thaw in the fridge.
Let the beef fins from the fridge to room temperature.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Once the foam has subsided, fry the minced beef in the butter. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes until brown on medium-high heat.
Add half a cup of water to the butter and cook on a low heat for another 10 minutes.
