This organic chicken thigh with bone and back is tender, lean and has a lot of flavour. You can roast the thighs, but also use them in oven dishes and curries or on the BBQ.

Ingredients:
Organic chicken.

Preparation:

1. Take the chicken out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge.
2. Let the chicken come to room temperature from the fridge.
3. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
4. Heat the butter in a high frying pan.
5. Fry the chicken in the butter when the foam has disappeared.
6. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes until nicely browned on medium heat.
7. Put a lid on the pan, lower the heat and let the chicken roast gently for another 15 minutes, turning the meat halfway through.
