This organic chicken thigh with bone and back is tender, lean and has a lot of flavour. You can roast the thighs, but also use them in oven dishes and curries or on the BBQ.

- Take the chicken out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge.
- Let the chicken come to room temperature from the fridge.
- Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a high frying pan.
- Fry the chicken in the butter when the foam has disappeared.
- Fry the chicken for 5 minutes until nicely browned on medium heat.
- Put a lid on the pan, lower the heat and let the chicken roast gently for another 15 minutes, turning the meat halfway through.
